Do I need any prior experience with energy work or Light Language?

None at all. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether this is your very first time exploring somatic or energy healing or you are deeply experienced. Your system will naturally receive whatever it is ready for.

How should I prepare my space at home for the virtual circle?

Find a quiet, private spot where you won't be disturbed for the duration of the workshop. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and having a yoga mat, a blanket, a pillow, and a glass of water nearby so you can lie down and fully integrate the transmission.

What happens if intense emotions or tears come up during the session?

That is entirely normal and welcome. The container is designed to be deeply safe and held, allowing your body to discharge stored stress or grief at its own pace without judgment.

Will I need to speak, share, or keep my camera on?

Your comfort and safety come first. You are always welcome to participate at whatever level feels right for you. These are intimate small circles and I do like to have a chat with every single person.

What technology or software do I need to join the online circle?

You simply need a device with internet access (a computer, tablet, or smartphone) and a working web browser. Once you book your ticket, you will receive a secure link straight to your email.

What happens if I miss the live session, can I get the replay?

Because these are intimate, live interactive healing circles, that are not recorded, attendance in real-time is the only way to benefit from it.

How should I schedule my evening after the workshop ends?

We strongly recommend clearing your schedule for a couple of hours after the circle concludes. Because deep cellular and nervous system shifts take place, giving yourself permission to rest, spend time with yourself, and gently integrate the energy will help you anchor the benefits.
